1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Atimuss (the 'Service'), provided by Atimuss ('we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Account Security & Google Services Integration

To access certain features of Atimuss, you may be required to register for an account or authenticate using a Google account. When using Google Sign-In or integrating Google Services with Atimuss:

  • You authorize Atimuss to access your Google account profile, email, and specific API scopes that you explicitly grant (such as workspace file syncing).
  • Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to immediately notify us at support@atimuss.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Atimuss grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Atimuss. All intellectual property, trademarks, logos, and software rights related to Atimuss remain the exclusive property of Atimuss and its licensors.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Atimuss to upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party intellectual property. You further agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or attempts to compromise the security, performance, or integrity of Atimuss's servers, databases, or API infrastructure.

5. Data Synchronization & Privacy

Atimuss is built to be local-first, keeping your files and notes on your local device. Optional cloud synchronization services are provided for backup and multi-device continuity. Use of these features is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle, process, and protect your information.
