1. Privacy Approach

Atimuss is built to be local-first. Your workspace belongs to you. We collect only what is needed to provide your account, sync encrypted backups, deliver downloads, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

2. Data We Handle

Depending on how you use Atimuss, we may handle:

  • Account details such as email and profile name.
  • Installer download and session records.
  • Encrypted backups for your workspace.
  • Basic diagnostic information for reliability.

3. Google Calendar Integration & Data Usage

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Data we collect from Google

When you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events and basic profile information (email, name) as described during sign-in.

2. How we use it

To display your schedule, sync events between Atimuss and Google Calendar, and provide meeting reminders.

3. Storage

Calendar sync state and an encrypted Google refresh token are stored on our backend (InsForge/Postgres). A local copy of events is kept on your device for fast display.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share your calendar data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. Google Calendar API).

5. Retention & deletion

Data is deleted when you disconnect Google Calendar or delete your account.

6. Your control

Disconnect in Settings or revoke at Google Account permissions.

4. Local-First Storage

Notes, meetings, history, tasks, graph data, and workspace state are used locally first. Cloud sync is for encrypted backup, restore, and multi-device continuity. We do not use the cloud as the normal runtime source of truth.

5. Voice and Meetings

Wake detection runs locally where possible. Dictation and meeting features may process audio or transcripts only to provide the requested feature. Raw meeting audio is not backed up by default. We do not sell your data or use your private workspace content for advertising.

6. Your Controls

You can sign out, delete local data, request export, request account deletion, and remove synced backup data. If an account is deleted, associated cloud backup records are removed according to our deletion process and legal obligations.
